Rabab, a university student, lives with her family of 8 members in a modest house without doors or windows, and without a breadwinner. Her father was an engineer, but now he is elderly and unable to work. The family suffers from a hereditary disease that affects their breathing. Rabab lost her eldest brother, whose leg was amputated, and her youngest brother was martyred. Despite all the hardships, Rabab aspires to become a doctor to help people, but she has been unable to pay her university tuition.
